This apartment building was to be located at a gateway intersection into the historic Delano district of Wichita KS. The 69 planned apartment units were to be located on three floors along both street frontages. The parking and the internal courtyard would be nestled inside away from the street, affording a more calm and quiet environment for the residents. Being located in a historic but transitional neighborhood, rent prices were to be set at a moderate price point. As such, the design of the apartment building was to be simple and modern but have a visual language that spoke to the neighboring homes. Amenities included an outdoor pool, ground level community room, courtyard, third floor gathering spaces, gated parking and rentable storage spaces.
