In years past this building had various medical related inhabitants. It had been a home to student nurses and finally a General Practice Doctor's office. As an apartment building it was to house multi-level loft and single floor apartments. A third floor was to be added for single level and loft apartments. The upper level was to be wrapped in Core-ten steel panels. The basement was to be opened up with generously sized, below-grade courtyards allowing large windows in the the lower level spaces. All apartments were to be open concept plans with a minimal number of walls and simple, industrial finishes.
This project was designed in conjunction with RAW Design.
