ƩAE Fraternity House

The existing ƩAE chapter house had been in use since the 1970's and was no longer serving the needs of the organization. The new house design went through several iterations, two of which are shown here. One option was a very modern design while the second took on a much more traditional look and feel. The house offered 35 beds in the form of two-person bedrooms/4-person suites. There was a multitude of public spaces including various sized study spaces, a commercial kitchen, public restrooms, a game room/library, a dining room and a Chapter Room. Both designs dramatically increased the number of live-in units available to the organization as well as better utilized meeting and study spaces.
