As a thriving physical therapy clinic, IPT needed a new space to enhance their patient experience. Their answer came in the form of a former Braum´s Ice Cream store. The existing building was completely renovated into a clinic with a Tuscan-esque esthetic. In addition to moving their clinic to the existing building, a 1,600 sf retail space was added to the south side of the building; Global Trends. The store and the clinic each have their own entry defined by tower elements. The clinic's inviting and warm interior is highlighted by the use of bold yet warm colors, metallic tiles, scrolling iron work and beautiful accent light fixtures.
